Correlation runs on the live correlate.platphormnews.com service and every key conclusion is verified against evidence.platphormnews.com. If either factual dependency is unavailable, the run fails explicitly and no answer is synthesized. Trace records workflow execution when enabled; it does not determine incident truth.
